B2B Product Support Specialist

Responsibilities

As our B2B Product Support Specialist, you will be the main technical contact for our distribution channel. After an in-depth training on SAi products, you will become part of our international support team. Your tasks will include:

• Technical support (remote or on-site)
• Reseller Training
• Assist our Sales Team and/or Resellers at local trade shows
• Assist Product Management with software testing
• Technical liaison with vendors and manufacturers
• Work with Global support and other departments to track and share technical information

Profile

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and strong ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Any additional languages are an asset.
• Familiarity with graphical applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw are an advantage 
• Knowledge of Colour management, RIP software and/or signmaking software is an advantage
• Qualified candidates will possess a first working experience in a technical  or application oriented capacity
• Excellent presentation skills
• Customer focus
• Willing to travel up to 40%
• Bachelor degree is an advantage
